The Honourable Shawn Skinner, Minister of Human Resources, Labour and Employment and Minister Responsible for Housing, will attend the official opening of the Exploits Community Centre. The event will take place at 8:30 a.m. on October 24, at the Exploits Community Centre, 30 Bartle Place, Grand Falls-Winsdor. The event will also include a tour of the new community centre and open house. Minister Skinner will be accompanied by the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Newfoundland Labrador Housing, Len Simms.

The Exploits Community Centre will offer a range of programs and services to the residents of Newfoundland Labrador Housing neighbourhoods in Grand Falls-Windsor and Bishop’s Falls.
